Our pricing structure varies from job to job. Upon arrival, our Field Operations Manager will evaluate the premises, take numerous digital photographs (digital documentation)and draw up a scope of work. A complete and itemized scope of work will be made available via email or fax in a timely fashion for you and your family to review so that we may bring a sense of order back to your home and life.

On Time: We will arrive at your location, ready for action!

Team Size: Our team size will range from two (2) qualified technicians on up, depending on the scope of work and needs for the project at hand.

Non-Judgmental: Our trained certified technicians have literally seen it all. There is absolutely nothing that will shock them. What might be very horrific in your eyes may be very simple in ours

Competence: All of our technicians go through a series of comprehensive and Hands-On Training course(s), Once successfully completing an outside independent training course(s), our technicians are prepared to assist you in this time of need. Each home we enter is uniquely different and no two game plans are alike. Your property will have its own distinctive plan of action to bring your home back to a sense of normalcy. We ask for feedback from our clients to ensure that we're exceeding their expectations.

Discretion: We realize that we may encounter personal and private

information during the course of our work. Our technicians adhere to a strict

confidentiality policy which states that everything that transpires between

them and you must be kept completely confidential (within the law).

Courtesy: You can expect to be treated with courtesy, and your concerns

will be addressed with patience.

Integrity: Our technicians undergo severe background and reference

checks to help ensure their integrity is unquestionable.

Respect: We respect your decisions and honor your wishes throughout the

cleaning process.

Conclusion of assignment: Upon completion, we will arrange for donation

pickups, help prepare lists of items for charities, remove and disposal of

large items or items that cannot be taken to the curbside for pickup

(additional fees will apply). If need be, we will arrange for 20 yard -40 yard rollaway

containers for disposal (landfill) purposes (additional fees will apply).

After Care Services: For three months we can offer once a month to come by and assist you in you in keeping on task with your new plan.
